WEEE Compliance & Environmental Policy

VeloxGlow is dedicated to environmental sustainability and full compliance with Ireland’s Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations.

• The Crossed-Out Wheeled Bin Symbol: Applicable products on our platform carry this symbol to indicate they must not be discarded in general household waste and require separate recycling.
• Take-Back & Recycling Options:
•  Free Local Recycling: Drop off old electronics free of charge at your local authority civic amenity or recycling center (find locations at www.weeeireland.ie).
• One-for-One Take-Back: Return an old, similar product on a like-for-like basis when purchasing a new item from us.
• Conditions: Returns must be initiated within 28 days of purchasing the new item. Customers cover shipping costs if returning via post/courier, or they can utilize free local council recycling.
• How to Return WEEE to Us: Email support@veloxglow.com with your order number and item details for return instructions. Items must be securely packaged and free of hazardous residues.
• Why Recycle? Proper recycling conserves natural resources and prevents hazardous materials from polluting landfills.
